Adaptive Optic ILAO for Intense Lasers

ILAO is an electro-mechanical Adaptiv Optic for wavefront correction of intense Laser sources with 37 or 52 actuators inside an active aperture from 45 mm to 280 mm. ILAO is available with dielectric and metallic coated membrane that can easily be exchanged in case of damage. ILAO provides high optical quality and no print through (< 10 nm) with 99% linearity, no hysteresis and excellent stability over time.
