Adaptive Optic MIRAO 52E

MIRAO 52E allows wavefront correction with 52 actuators inside an aperture of 15 mm, each actuator providing a max. stroke of ± 50 µm. The optical quality of the Adaptive Optic is exceptionally high (10 nm rms) with virtually no hysteresis (< 2%) and nearly perfect linearity (> 95%).
