Wavefront Sensor HASO3 Series / HASO4 First

HASO3 series / HASO4 First measures wavefront with an absolute accuracy of l/100 and a tilt dynamic range of larger than ± 3° using a patented algorithm for wavefront reconstruction. The sensors are available with arrays from 32 x 40 up to 128 x 128 micro lenses and apertures up to 15 x 15 mm². The wavefront reconstruction software HASO v3 provides wavefront and intensity profile, Zernike polynoms, PSF, MTF, M² and other functions.
