EOS Member NEWS-February 2017

EOS STRENGTHENS COOPERATION WITH OTHER SOCIETIES

The European Optical Society (EOS) continuously establishes new partnerships with other learned societies around the world. EOS members have the possibility to attend most of the meetings of the partner societies at member rates. EOS renewed the agreements with the Chinese Optical Society and Optical Society of Korea in the beginning of 2017 and is in the process of renewing it with the Japan Society of Applied Physics, JSAP. New agreement was made with the Photonics Society, TPS. The agreements are effective until the end of year 2018.

EOS Partner Societies:
• Chinese Optical Society, COS
• Japan Society of Applied Physics, JSAP
• Optical Society of Japan, OSJ
• Optical Society of Korea, OSK
