Dear Member of the Latvian Optical Society,

As a member of the Latvian Optical Society (the Latvian Branch of the European Optical Society) we hereby would like to ask you to pay your 2009 membership fee in the EOS.

The regular annual fee for individual members through an EOS Branch is 18 Euro. As the Latvian Optical Society only joined the EOS in Summer this year, the annual fee for 2009 is only 9 Euro.

To pay your 2009 EOS membership fee, please:

• go the EOS online shop at www.old.myeos.org/shop
• select the product group "membership"
• and then scroll down to the product group "EOS Membership Fee for Latvian Optical Society Members"

Within the next few days, the EOS accounting will email you the invoice and receipt for your 2009 membership fee.

As a welcome present we offer you one complimentary publication in JEOS:RP (the Online Journal of the European Optical Society Rapid Publications at www.jeos.org). If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please submit your paper to JEOS:RP until 31 October 2009.
